Functional Tasks:
– Monitoring and following up on performance indicators related to the security and safety of facilities, including protection against fires and other potential dangers.
– Developing plans for security, facility safety, and fire prevention.
– Creating and improving evacuation and emergency plans.
– Conducting assessments and analyzing risks associated with facility security, safety, and fire prevention, and submitting them to the relevant authorities.
– Ensuring that security conditions and facility and fire safety management are implemented in accordance with the instructions and laws of our country.
– Coordinating and collaborating with various agencies and institutions on security matters, facility and fire safety management, and conducting regular mock evacuations throughout the year.
– Providing training and education to staff members in health facilities on security protocols, facility safety, and fire prevention procedures.
– Prepare technical specifications for security and safety systems in health facilities, including firefighting, that conform to security and safety regulations.
– Monitor and follow up on maintenance work in the health facility to ensure a safe environment for maintenance activities.
– Prepare and track performance indicators for security, facility safety, and fire programs.
– Develop policies and programs for occupational health and safety.
– Provide guidance and advice on various safety-related topics, such as the use of machinery and noise levels in the workplace.
